Give your judgement about the influence each stakeholder group has on ONE of your chosen organisations.

Introduction:

Define the term stakeholders and give brief overview of the business’ current performance – new developments, sales figures for example.

For each stakeholder you covered in the merit

   How successful is the stakeholder group in getting what they want – what has the business done in response to the pressure – can you find any evidence?

Explain any issues where the stakeholder does not get what they want. Add evidence.
